Loop vs Stamp Me: Compare Digital Loyalty Features

Loop and Stamp Me both support digital loyalty, but their current plans describe different capabilities and customer journeys. The best fit depends on how customers enroll, which rewards you want to offer, and whether you need a single-venue card or a broader network.

What the public plan pages say

Stamp Me’s current help center describes Lite, Pro, and Elite plans. Lite includes a customer loyalty app, basic portal and data, two stamp cards, one location, and basic stamping methods. Pro adds a StampPod, SMS with fees, push notifications, Scratch & Win, birthday and lapsed-customer campaigns, and integrations. Elite adds custom marketing materials and a dedicated account manager. Additional stamp cards and locations may incur fees; check Stamp Me’s current plan inclusions and pricing information.

Loop Fans lists a free plan, Grow and Community per-venue plans, and a separate Network Plan for groups, regions, and districts. The current plan page shows member limits and included tools by tier. See Loop Fans pricing for current details. Pricing and plan structures checked September 24, 2026.

Compare the customer experience

Try enrollment and redemption on an ordinary phone, then repeat the process with a staff member at the counter. Compare the app or web steps, stamping method, reward clarity, and what happens when a customer changes phone or visits another location. A loyalty system should be easy to explain during a busy service period.

Compare the operating model

  • Program: do you need a straightforward stamp card, campaigns, referral or social participation rewards, or shared rewards across businesses?
  • Locations: how many venues are included, and what do additional locations cost?
  • Communication: which push, SMS, or email tools are included, and what message fees apply?
  • Data: what reporting and export options are available, and how can member records be moved?
  • Support: what onboarding, service hours, and account support are included in each plan?

Which one should you choose?

Stamp Me may be a fit if its stamp-card journey and plan structure match your customer and staff needs. Loop may be a fit if you need its specific combination of loyalty, customer database, and optional partner or network features. Test the actual workflows and compare a written quote for your number of venues before deciding.

Final thought

Choose based on the experience you need to deliver and the work your team can support. Confirm current features, fees, and data-export terms directly with each provider before signing.
